Zinnovation is a hybrid of the words Zimbabwe and innovation, it is an organisation that was created solely for the purpose of helping Zimbabweans’ to build and develop businesses in a sustainable way. Businesses that will be able to operate in the global marketplace with confidence.
Our main focus is on innovation we believe that a business's similarity to others is what creates a market; their point of difference creates a niche that they dominate. To achieve superior results; a business must do what has never been done before. That is why we make innovation our clients number one priority.
Our clients’ goals are no joke to us; as such we do not leave anything to chances. To ensure that we exceed our clients’ expectations always, we deploy highly skilled teams to handle all accounts. We have strategic partnerships with consultants and companies that are leaders in their areas of expertise.
We love getting out of the most of technology, the technology we leverage, is our catalyst that allows us to do less with more. It helps us plan, execute and monitor the progress on each of our accounts. This in turn helps us to use our resources in an efficient way and allows us to reach our clients’ goals on time saving them and money.
Zinnovation is a servant to the business community, we are enablers. Our clients success is our success, so we have a vested interest in seeing our clients produce the results they set out to produce.

Zinnovation is the brainchild of Nigel Daura. Nigel was born in Harare and raised in Gweru by entrepreneurs; he lived and worked in the UK for over a decade.
Nigel is an I.T. expert, he specialised in the designing and implemention of infrastructure solutions. His roles in I.T. enabled him to connect with business owners and high flying company executives over the years.
Out of I.T. Nigel is an avid reader, he enjoys reading anything that is related to business. Nigel has read over 250 books in the last decade, attended numerous courses and seminars on various business subjects and has had the opportunity to sit at the feet of some exceptional businessmen. As a result of his learning and keen analytical skills Nigel spotted a need and an opportunity to serve his fellow countrymen.
Amongst his achievements Nigel, started an IT company in 2006 which was involved in various IT projects in the private and public sector. Whilst in serious debt problems he also started a web 2.0 business (Deal Autos) that was named as one of five of the hottest digital companies to start in a downturn in 2009 by a leading magazine (Brand Republic).
Nigel is convinced that his understanding of how Zimbabwean business works, together with his experiences and contacts in Europe and around the world he has some unique ideas to bring to the table and there is no time like the present to do so.
